Description
Active Wave Technology
Active Wave ensures more quiet TIG AC welding. The integrated digital
signal processor always calculates the shape of the curve in real time that
allows the highest possible arc stability with the lowest possible noise emission. The sound level measurement
clearly shows that with Active Wave even at a power of 300 A, the dBA value is still below 80
dBA.
Connectivity
Bluetooth
For connecting wireless remote controls and Bluetooth-enabled welding helmets.
NFC
For user management – or for easy locking and unlocking of the welding system.
WLAN
For complete network capability – for updates and use
the Smart Manager function without Ethernet (data documentation).
TAC
With TAC, only one point is enough for tacking, because the pulsed arc sets the two weld pools
in motion, causing them to “jump together” into one weld pool within a very short time.
In addition, the TAC function can be used when welding thin sheets without additional material
.
HF ignition
The non-contact and gentle high-frequency ignition is the easiest way
to ignite the arc.
Touch
ignition Ignition by touch can be used especially in sensitive areas of application.
As a result, electromagnetic interference that can occur with HF ignition, can be
avoided.
Automatic cap formation
This function enables automatic cap formation when welding aluminum and
thus saves a lot of time. The size can be set by the user.
